DESCRIPTION:Updates for Rooms and Registration * Room reservation at the conference rate MUST be secured no later than AUGUST 28th. * Registration for the conference is due by Sept 7th. Register by Sunday\, September 7\, to get the early registration rate! For information about the venue and to make your room reservation\, click here. You must make a reservation no later than August 28 to get the special Conference rate at the Denver West Marriott in Golden\, Colorado. At this time king beds are all that the hotel has available at the $159.00 rate. If you need two queens please reserve a room with a king bed.
